1. Definitions

• "Studio" / "We" / "Us" — Nathi Studio, 215 Nimmanhaemin Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Client" / "You" — the individual or entity leaving a watch for service or using this website.
• "Service" — any watch repair or assessment service offered by Nathi Studio.
• "Item" — the watch or watch component left in our care.
• "Agreement" — the service agreement formed when you consent to a service quotation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By leaving an item with Nathi Studio for service, or by submitting an enquiry through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms form the basis of any service arrangement between you and the studio.

3. Services Offered

Nathi Studio provides the following services:

• Timekeeping Adjustment — ฿3,700
• Water Resistance Check — ฿5,200
• Complete Restoration Service — ฿7,800

Services are available to clients in Thailand. The studio operates from Chiang Mai. Remote drop-off or postal arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Process and Client Consent

No work begins without your agreement to the assessment findings and the stated service cost. For restoration work, we pause between stages and request your approval before proceeding. You may decline additional work at any stage — charges apply only for work already carried out at that point.

An intake record is created for each item. You are responsible for ensuring the watch you bring is your own property or that you have authority to have it serviced.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include the standard scope of each service. If additional parts or labour are required beyond the original scope, we will advise you of the cost before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your prior agreement.

Payment is due on collection of the item. We accept cash and bank transfer. The studio does not offer credit terms.

6. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided at intake:

• Timekeeping Adjustment: approximately 3–5 working days
• Water Resistance Check: approximately 2–4 working days
• Complete Restoration: timeline discussed at intake, typically 7–21 working days depending on condition

These are estimates, not fixed commitments. If additional time is needed, you will be informed. Items not collected within 60 days of notification may be subject to storage handling.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Nathi Studio takes reasonable care with every item in our custody. However, we are not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden damage not visible during intake, or damage caused by age or fragility of components in older movements. We will identify such risks during assessment and discuss them with you before proceeding.

Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We do not accept liability for consequential losses or the sentimental value attributed to an item beyond its assessed market or repair value.

Services are provided based on reasonable professional judgement. We do not make representations that a watch will achieve a specific timekeeping result or water resistance rating beyond what testing can confirm at time of service.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the watch's history and any known faults
• Confirm that you have the right to authorise repair of the item
• Collect the item within a reasonable period after notification of completion
• Review the service record at collection and raise any concerns at that time

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and photography — is the property of Nathi Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. Watch brands and trademarks referenced on this site are property of their respective owners.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from a service or from use of this website will first be addressed through direct communication with the studio. We aim to resolve all concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
